Twist Table

I designed this table one day while experimenting with intersecting planes and the 3D spaces they could create. The intersecting angles of each plane were a bear to work out and required a scientific calculator and a review of trigonometry. Made of American cherry and finished in oil and wax, it is something that appears to defy gravity. it is definitely a conversation piece. 19in high and 27in sq top.
