Consultation
Set at a time to suit you, I find out what your requirements and style preferences are. I offer solutions to design problems and suggest ideas you may not have considered. I make a quick sketch for clarification and give you a rough idea of cost. If you would like to proceed to a formal estimate, I take accurate measurements and photographs.
Stage 1
You will receive a drawing and written estimate covering materials and labour. The estimate is divided into three payments.
Stage 2
On receipt of a deposit (one third of estimate) I book you into my schedule. I order the materials and partly build the piece in my workshop. I keep you updated and contact you when I am ready to do the onsite installation.
Stage 3
On receipt of the second payment, I do the onsite installation work. The final payment (including any additional agreed changes or unforeseen expenses incurred) is due when you are satisfied with the work.
